The Stress Reduction Workshop helps individuals understand how stress impacts the body and mind — and teaches practical, effective techniques to manage it.
You'll learn stress-reduction methods that take no more than 30 minutes a week to practice — making them easy to integrate into even the busiest lifestyle.

During this interactive workshop, you’ll:
