The Stress Reduction Workshop helps individuals understand the impact of stress on the body and mind. The workshop provides quick and effective techniques to manage every day stress. Most people say they don’t have enough time in the week, however the techniques introduced during the workshop require no more than 30 minutes a week. That’s right, 30 minutes a week! The workshop provides a great setting for people to understand their body experiencing stress, understand what they can do to reduce their stress and how to incorporate it in their everyday lives.
